Random names are convenient when you are testing a registration form, a newsletter flow, or another low-risk process and do not care what the mailbox is called.
Save the address only when necessary
If you expect to return to the same temporary mailbox, keep the address somewhere appropriate. If you do not need it again, there is little reason to create a long record of disposable addresses.
